The brief was to design contemporary seating that stacks to save space when

not in use. The slotting stool is one stool that separates to become two stools.

The stools are made up of slats held apart by spacers so that one slots in

between the other. To separate the two stools you use the handle underneath

the stool to push up and lift off the top stool.
